FinTech UX Design Concept
Within the fintech world comes significant competition, but client confidentiality is a major concern, which was certainly the case for our recent client. Lunar was asked to re-think, re-design and transform the entire digital experience of an app for high-net-worth clients.
Services Provided
- UX Competitor Research & Analysis: Analyse the current fintech app landscape and market to provide the client with clear UX recommendations based on competitor research. Provide data and analysis of online financial behaviours, preferences, and expectations for an app for high-net-worth investors.
- UX/UI Design and Development: Design a unique and investor-focused interface that not only embodies the brand’s USPs, which are centred around trust and transparency but also builds confidence that the app is 100% secure and confidential. The design must convey elegance, simplicity and an intuitive experience that operates seamlessly across multiple devices.
Execution and Impact
Our sophisticated approach to the design and development of the app interface along with sustainable technological solutions, enabled us to create a robust, secure and aesthetically pleasing concept. The app itself features personalised financial management tools, and real-time financial information and alerts the user to exclusive investment opportunities.
The new design has significantly enhanced the client’s engagement with high-net-worth clients. The feedback received by an ‘observation group’ has been overwhelmingly positive, particularly in relation to the appreciation for the app’s intuitive design and exceptional functionality.
